Create a new order and it is saved automatically as a draft for 30 days or until you submit it to us as an order. Clicking on Ordering/Saved Drafts lets you pull up your drafts. You can now select and print your quote. It's ok to not submit your order to us but we would love it if you would! 
We deliver weekly along the I-5 corridor in Washington and Oregon. (I-5 corridor between Olympia and Canadian border only!) Orders placed before midnight on Tuesday are guaranteed same week delivery. During our peak season we will provide delivery to Eastern Washington, Northern Idaho, and the Oregon Coast. Please call us to see when we will be in your area.
Fees are dependent on the area that the order is delivered. If you have any questions regarding your delivery fee or your minimum order please contact the office at 425.885.5050 or info@TandLNursery.com.

We exercise the greatest care to keep our varieties true to name. We warrant that our varieties are true to name to the best of our knowledge.
The foregoing warranty is exclusive, and we herby disclaim and exclude all other warranties, written or oral, expressed or implied, including, without limation, any warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
The remedies provided herein are the sole and exclusive remedies available. We shall have no responsibility other than, at our option, to replace nursery stock that is proven to be untrue to name, or to refund the original amount paid.
In no event shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, special incidental or consequential damages (including loss of profits)whether based on contract, tort, or any other legal theory.
In no event shall we be liable for any sum greater than the original purchase price. In the event that any limitation of warranty or disclaimer or liability is found to be unlawful or inapplicable, or to have failed of its essential purpose, our liabilities shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific nursery stock that caused such liability.
We strive to have the most accurate inventory possible but cannot guarantee that all items will be available once your order is received.
At T & L Nursery we take pride in growing and shipping you the best quality plants but sometimes accidents happen. All claims must be made within 48 hours of receipt of delivery. At time of delivery please take the time to check in all product and notate any discrepancies on the invoice with our driver. Invoices will be updated and a new copy will be faxed to you. If damages or shortages are noticed after the driver leaves please notify our office immediately. Invoice changes and/or credits will only be honored within the 48 hour period.
